Hi, Iβm Ashley Schick
I am an online exercise & nutrition coach. My mission is to help you feel strong, move freely, and live your healthiest, happiest life. With years of experience in movement, strength training, and nutrition, I create personalized plans to help you reach your goals. Whether itβs becoming more confident in your body, feeling stronger, overcoming injuries, improving athletic performance, or learning how to eat a healthy, balanced diet.
I hold a BSc in Sport Science, a BSc Honours in Biokinetics, and a Diploma in Nutrition, and have spent the last six years coaching, rehabbing, and training others.
My personal journey drives my passion. I started from a place where I wasnβt sporty, struggled with my weight, and had a complicated relationship with food. Through strength training, running, and learning to enjoy food, Iβve built a healthier, happier life. And now, Iβm here to help you do the same.
