My journey into health and wellness began with a BSc in Sport Science from Stellenbosch University. Specialising in fitness, I gained hands-on experience across various sports and exercise disciplines while coaching my first client. This foundation deepened my understanding of human movement and performance, igniting my passion for promoting health and wellness.

BSc Honors in Biokinetics
After completing my BSc, I pursued an Honours degree in Biokinetics at Stellenbosch University. This advanced program deepened my expertise in rehabilitation and human performance, enabling me to help individuals recover from injuries and improve their health with tailored movement strategies.

After five years as a Biokineticist, I recognised the growing need for nutritional coaching. Driven by my passion for nutrition, I earned a diploma in the field, enabling me to take a holistic approach by integrating exercise and nutrition. This allows me to help individuals achieve their goals and lead healthier, more balanced lives.
